Kvitman is Zheleznyak’s personal assistant (and also his personal interpreter). She used to be named Evgenia Sokolova.
She manages the money of Zheleznyak’s trusts, and also brings caracal cats from Russia to the US for sale (not personally, of course — she just organizes the logistics in the US).
She changed her surname to Kvitman when she married Alex Kvitman, who is Assistant General Manager at AlphaCars & Motorcycles, a division created by one Dmitry Bykhovsky (the General Manager of that enterprise), and he is also the owner of 7 CELTIC WAY, LLC.
Dmitry Bykhovsky is also a manager at yet another firm, 178 GREAT RD ACTON LLC, engaged in leasing and car sales/purchases, which was created jointly with Zheleznyak, and later Zheleznyak was removed from the list of managers, as was his property (the mansion at 88 CUTLER LN CHESTNUT HILL, MA 02467).
This business is run by Bykhovsky together with his wife, Olga Bykhovsky, with whom in 2016 Oksana Zheleznyak (Sizikova) and her husband Mikhail Zheleznyak — the son of Mikhail Zheleznyak (Alexander Zheleznyak’s brother) and Marina Zheleznyak (I forgot her maiden name, didn’t write it down, need to look it up again)… — became very friendly.

Among other things, Dmitry Bykhovsky was a co–trustee of the Azure Family Trust, opened in the name of Olga Zheleznyak (Tokmakova), the wife of Alexander Zheleznyak.
After the court case with Ilya Gusinsky (Sota or Port had an article explaining which case it was — I don’t remember which outlet, but detailing it here would double the size of this post, so better look it up there), Evgenia Kvitman became an even more trusted person, replacing Igor Kovalenko (a paintball instructor at Sergei Leontyev’s paintball club) as secretary of ACF, and for the company that was managed by the trust, responsibility was taken by Olga Zheleznyak’s father, Sergei Tokmakov…
By the way, Sergei Tokmakov is a manager together with Olga Zheleznyak at a business called GC CHARCUTERIE LLC, apparently opened because Olga missed her retail outlet in Moscow where she sold clothing; another manager listed there is Irina Shesternina, who had enough funds to open another business on her own, SUNCOAST PROPERTY INVESTORS LLC.
There is another Zheleznyak enterprise called Intervale Management Inc, which is managed by Zheleznyak himself, with treasurers listed as Olga Zheleznyak and her cousin Irina Reaves (Zubiy).

Overall, Evgenia is a very reliable employee and in many of Zheleznyak’s companies that we managed to find, she serves as a manager or secretary. And that’s all because as a child she loved counting numbers.
