Kvitman is Zheleznyak’s personal assistant (and also his personal translator). Her former name was Evgenia Sokolova.
She manages the money in Zheleznyak’s trusts and also arranges the transport of caracal cats from Russia to the US for sale (not personally, of course, she just organizes the logistics in the US).
She changed her last name to Kvitman when she married Alex Kvitman, who is an Assistant General Manager at «AlphaCars & Motorcycles», a division created by a certain Dmitry Bykhovsky (the General Manager of this enterprise), and who is also the owner of «7 CELTIC WAY, LLC».
Dmitry Bykhovsky is also a manager at another company, «178 GREAT RD ACTON LLC», which deals with leasing and buying/selling cars. The company was co-founded with Zheleznyak, but later, Zheleznyak was removed from the list of managers, as was his property (the mansion at 88 CUTLER LN CHESTNUT HILL, MA 02467).
Bykhovsky runs this business together with his wife, Olga Bykhovsky. In 2016, Oksana Zheleznyak (Sizikova) and her husband Mikhail Zheleznyak—son of Mikhail Zheleznyak (Alexander Zheleznyak’s brother) and Marina Zheleznyak (I forgot her maiden name, didn’t write it down, need to find it again)…—became very good friends with her.

Among other things, Dmitry Bykhovsky was a co-trustee of the «Azure Family Trust», which was set up for Olga Zheleznyak (Tokmakova), Alexander Zheleznyak’s wife.
After a lawsuit with Ilya Gusinsky (either «Sota» or «Port» had an article explaining the lawsuit, I don’t remember which, but that would double the length of this post, so you’d better look it up on their sites), Evgenia Kvitman became an even more trusted person, replacing Igor Kovalenko (a paintball instructor at Sergey Leontyev’s paintball club) as the secretary of the «ACF». Meanwhile, the company managed by the trust was put under the responsibility of Olga Zheleznyak’s father (Sergey Tokmakov)…
By the way, Sergey Tokmakov is a manager along with Olga Zheleznyak in an enterprise called «GC CHARCUTERIE LLC», apparently opened because Olga missed her little shop where she sold all sorts of stuff in Moscow. Another manager listed is Irina Shesternina, who had enough money to open another enterprise on her own, «SUNCOAST PROPERTY INVESTORS LLC».
There is another Zheleznyak-related business called «Intervale Management Inc», which is managed by Zheleznyak himself, with Olga Zheleznyak and her cousin Irina Reeves (Zubiy) listed as treasurers.

All in all, Evgenia is a very reliable employee and serves as a manager or secretary in many of Zheleznyak’s companies that could be found. And it’s all because she loved counting numbers as a child.
