Against the backdrop of Khodorkovsky’s post, here’s what I want to say…
Every rally must be converted. Into a resolution, a petition, minutes — any bureaucratic format that allows you to fix the will of those gathered.
#NoonAgainstPutin must end with a vote #ForAnyoneButPutin.
This will be the minutes of the popular assembly.
Why is this important?
The probability that your vote in 2018 was stolen is 1/17 = 5.9%. That’s the average across Russia. In the sultanates — many times higher. In other regions — a bit lower.
And this is what the chart looks like if we count only those who put a valid ballot in the box.
A very depressing picture. I don’t rule out that most boycotters are influenced by it.
However, this is a consequence of non-participation. A rally is great, but fixing the result is no less important.
Fix public opinion on paper.
It’s time to promote viewing elections through the paradigm of percent of all eligible voters. That way the main reason for Putin’s high percentages will always be shown clearly — a large number of those who abstained from sending Putin to hell.
Thanks to @anzavadskiy for the charts and calculations
